Core Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients through various marketing channels and outreach efforts.
- Develop and nurture existing client relationships to enhance their engagement and business potential.
- Comprehend client business needs to prepare and deliver competitive quotes and pricing.
- Engage with clients to analyze the outcomes of quotes, applying insights to future proposals.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with carriers and internal teams during the quote preparation process.
- Conduct demonstrations of the MySEKO Harmony Client Portal to enhance client understanding.
- Effectively onboard small to mid-sized clients through structured setup activities.
- Manage leads, accounts, opportunities, and sales activities efficiently.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry in SEKO's systems to maintain information integrity.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators to meet established quotas.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in transportation or logistics is preferred.
- Experience in pricing strategies is advantageous.
- Proficiency with CargoWise is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications.
