Core Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients through various marketing channels and outreach efforts.
- Develop and nurture existing client relationships to enhance their engagement.
- Comprehend client business needs to prepare and present competitive quotes/pricing.
- Engage with clients to analyze outcomes of quotes, making necessary adjustments for future proposals.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with carriers and internal teams during the quoting process for various services.
- Conduct demonstrations of the MySEKO Harmony (Client Portal) to clients.
- Effectively onboard small to mid-sized clients through setup activities.
- Manage leads, accounts, opportunities, and sales activities diligently.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry in SEKO's systems.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives and KPIs to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in transportation or logistics is preferred.
- Experience in pricing is preferred.
- Proficiency with CargoWise is preferred.
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn additional software applications.
