Ultimate Staffing is seeking a proactive Office Administration and HR Coordinator for a dynamic and forward-thinking Technology Display Company. This role offers a direct hire opportunity with a structured workweek of Monday through Friday, including a flexible work-from-home option. The compensation package ranges from $70,000 to $75,000, along with a 10% bonus.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing the organization's administrative and human resources operations, reporting directly to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various administrative tasks, including risk management, landlord communications, equipment management, security protocols, and handling access badges.
  • Organize daily office functions such as mail distribution, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Administer payroll processes for both local and expatriate employees by coordinating with TriNet and reviewing payroll registers.
  • Manage procurement of items classified as company assets.
  • Provide support for IT administrative tasks.
  • Assist with travel and expense reporting through Concur/Amex systems.
  • Support HR functions including performance evaluations, salary management, bonus distribution, employee development, recruitment, and expatriate administration.
  • Engage in various ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in office management.
  • Experience in payroll processing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with IT administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in a diverse business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work in the office four days a week.
