Business Development Manager Role
Molex is a leading provider of innovative connectivity solutions. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Optical Connectivity products in the Data Center market.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a strong understanding of the Data Center market and its requirements.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the Data Center market.
- Collaborate with the Molex Sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work with Product Management to develop value propositions for Molex solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide consultative selling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Account Manager with a track record of success.
- Understanding of value pricing and customer negotiation.
- Experience working in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Data Center requirements related to Optical Solutions.
- Ability to develop value propositions in customers' language.
What We Offer
Molex offers a competitive salary range of $150,000-$200,000 per year, as well as variable pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
