$80,000 - $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct assessments and interviews to determine candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified insurance candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to oversee and monitor candidate progress.
  • Establish partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations to attract talent.
  • Work closely with hiring teams to facilitate interviews and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Negotiate employment offers and assist candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and industry-related events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of effective recruiting practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Familiarity with various insurance roles and industry standards.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through diverse platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Proficient in analyzing recruitment metrics and utilizing ATS and related tools.
  • Knowledge of legal standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Professional and ethical approach to handling sensitive information.
