Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, arrange meetings, evaluate customer needs, and recommend relevant products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance, policy modifications, claims, and billing matters.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with a steadfast commitment to daily success.
  • Develop the necessary skills to effectively manage a business.

Compensation Range: $30,000 - $50,000

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with insurance agencies is a plus
  • Sales background (whether in-person, telemarketing, or similar) preferred
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Genuine interest in the role of insurance and financial products in enhancing individuals' lives
  • Self-driven and able to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Capability to multitask, deliver presentations, and engage potential clients
  • Property and Casualty license required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Life and Health license required (or willingness to obtain)
