- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified insurance candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to effectively manage and monitor candidate progress.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations to enhance talent acquisition.
- Work collaboratively with hiring teams to schedule interviews and make informed hiring decisions.
- Negotiate employment offers and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
