Sales and Marketing Leader Overview: At Gubbels Heating and Air Conditioning, we strive to provide exceptional home comfort solutions while being a positive influence in our community. We seek a leader who will drive our sales team to new heights, fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. The Sales and Marketing Leader will oversee a high-performing sales team, comprised of Comfort Advisors and Selling Technicians, and manage the overall customer service experience. This individual will direct employee results through effective leadership, training, coaching, and accountability to the sales process. Additionally, they will collaborate with the leadership team to establish and achieve sales and marketing goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in achieving sales revenue goals and facilitate, track, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Effectively monitor team productivity based on KPIs and use data to improve outcomes.
  • Lead the service technicians and call takers to achieve targeted results through coaching and training.
  • Coordinate and manage opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Delegate responsibility and maintain follow-up for assessment of results.
  • Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment.
  • Create and execute an annual marketing plan to achieve budgeted goals.
  • Develop content for Social media postings and manage tracking of analytics.
  • Maintain an ongoing sales training calendar.
