Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Rydell Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, including new and used vehicles, optional packages, and latest technology.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive and providing the best possible service to our customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
