Strategic Development and Sales Lead

The Strategic Development and Sales Lead at NSC Technologies is responsible for driving business growth in the maritime industry through strategic partnerships, market research, and effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of shipyard operations, technical knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the shipyard's services in vessel construction, maintenance, and repair.
- Represent the shipyard at trade shows, expos, and conferences to build brand presence and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the maritime, shipbuilding, or heavy industry.
- Strong understanding of shipyard operations and vessel lifecycle management.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Salary Estimate:
$180,000 - $250,000 per year.
