About the Role:
We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team in the New England territory. As a Regional Sales Professional, you will be responsible for growing our presence in the region by developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- BUILD strong relationships with customers, including contractors, engineers, and architects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
