Overview: We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards in project execution.

About the Role: Our client, a leading player in the retail sector, is seeking an experienced Associate Creative Project Manager to enhance their creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in both digital and print project management, particularly within e-commerce or advertising environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify essential stakeholders, project milestones, and deliverables to initiate projects effectively.
  • Implement and adhere to the guidance provided by client leadership regarding business processes and workflows.
  • Gather and disseminate necessary information to keep all team members aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize project management software to establish new projects and ensure all relevant job information is captured from start to finish.
  • Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders to adjust project scopes as necessary.
  • Facilitate project meetings to engage key stakeholders and ensure successful deadline management.
  • Oversee the final handoff of artwork to printing partners, ensuring all assets are approved and meet project specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders daily to swiftly address any challenges that may impact project completion or quality.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination, particularly with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital, or creative environments is preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant case studies is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront and SmartSheets, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to assist at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Work Environment: This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence. Salary range is competitive. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
