Creative Project Management Associate

Overview: We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.

About the Role: Our client, a prominent player in the retail sector, is in search of an experienced Associate Creative Project Manager to enhance their creative operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both digital and print project management, ideally within e-commerce, advertising, or corporate retail settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify essential stakeholders, project milestones, deliverables, and other critical information to initiate projects effectively.
  • Understand and implement all directives from client leadership regarding effective business processes and workflows.
  • Gather and disseminate necessary information to keep all team members aligned and on task throughout each project phase.
  • Utilize project management software to establish new projects while ensuring that all relevant job information is accurately captured from start to finish.
  • Create and manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and adjust project scopes as necessary.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged and equipped to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the final art handoff to the printing partner, ensuring all assets are approved and meet the required specifications.
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders daily to swiftly address any challenges that may impact project timelines or quality.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination, particularly in cross-functional team environments.
  • Experience in e-commerce, with a focus on digital, creative, or retail agency settings.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant case studies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, SmartSheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A collaborative team player willing to contribute at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment: This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence. Salary range is competitive.
