Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Manager in providing exceptional client service and support.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Obtain licensure with L&H within 90 days of hire.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
