Job Overview

As a seasoned Account Executive, Client Relationship Management & Acquisition sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our esteemed clients. Working closely with Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of high-value accounts, identifying opportunities for incremental growth, and developing strategic account plans to achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business needs, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and other decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging your expertise in enterprise solution-selling to drive revenue growth and reduce account churn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of B2B field sales experience, with a proven track record of success in managing high-value accounts.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the telecom, software, or technology industry.
  • Strong business planning and strategy skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and reduce account churn.
