Administrative Support Specialist

The Client Services Receptionist is responsible for welcoming residents and visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring that all guests are properly screened and logged in and out on a daily basis. This role involves completing work orders, ordering supplies, maintaining an inventory log, and assisting program staff with data entry tasks. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in safeguarding the confidentiality of medical, social, personal, and financial information pertaining to each client, ensuring that such information is accessible only to authorized personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel, taking messages, and greeting residents and visitors.
- Complete work orders as required.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks.
- Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for residents, staff, and guests.
- Receive and sign for packages delivered to the facility, ensuring they are distributed to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain daily supplies in the coffee room.
- Distribute memos and informational flyers to residents.
- Support program staff in organizing recreational and social events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $17/hr - $22/hr, commensurate with experience.
