Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and organizational standards to ensure the well-being of each child.
  • Assist in maintaining an engaging, clean, and organized classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the lead educator and program director to enhance the educational experience for all participants.
  • Develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children’s developmental needs while effectively communicating with their families.
  • Participate in comprehensive training focused on child care and developmental practices.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic and reliable individuals aged 18 and older with:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • The capability to meet state and/or accreditation educational and experiential requirements.
    • The ability to engage in physical activities indoors and outdoors with children.
    • A minimum of one year of experience working with children.
  • Must pass a background screening.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.
