We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct support, behavior management, and working with people with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Support individuals in daily activities and exercises
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
