About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Education Assistant to join our team at Tiny Town Child Development, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Well-being and Safety: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our students by adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document and report on students' daily activities, progress, and any concerns through our digital platform.
  • Family Engagement: Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, fostering trust and confidence in our care and education services.
Requirements and Preferences
  • Training and Development: Complete 15 hours of annual required training within the first 6 months of employment to ensure ongoing professional growth.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in childcare or early childhood education, physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in early childhood development.
