Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team at Integration International Inc. as a Project Support Coordinator. This is a part-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and send Request For Quote (RFQ) documents to potential contract manufacturers for bidding purposes.
  • Analyze and evaluate bids received from contract manufacturers.
  • Send follow-up communications to contract manufacturers regarding outstanding RFQs.
  • Send Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to potential new contract manufacturers.
  • Assist in setting up new contract manufacturers in our system.
  • Proofread and assist in follow-ups on Contracts and Agreements.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for contract manufacturers.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of projects.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of Contracts/Agreements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Teams, and SAP.
  • Project Management experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
