Position Overview

As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure the well-being of each child.
  • Creating a vibrant, interactive classroom atmosphere that is both clean and organized.
  • Collaborating with the lead educator and management to deliver a high-quality educational experience.
  • Enhancing your skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children's development while effectively communicating with their families.
  • Participating in comprehensive training on childcare and child development topics.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic and reliable individuals aged 18 and above, possessing:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • The ability to meet state and/or accreditation standards for education and experience.
    • The capability to engage in physical activities with children both indoors and outdoors.
    • A minimum of one year of experience working with children.
  • Must pass a background check.

Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour based on education and experience.
