About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our team at PeopleReady. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Branch Manager in daily operations, including recruitment, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers and associates by maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Recruitment: Proactively recruit new applicants by developing creative recruitment tactics, making high-volume outbound phone calls, and messaging via our work alert technology to find qualified workers when trying to fill a job order.
  • Talent Matching: Match applicants with our customers' open positions and ensure that the match works great for both the job seeker and our customer.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner according to standardized payroll processes.
  • Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mind.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred.
  • Language: Bilingual / Spanish Required.
  • Experience: Customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Skills: Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, ability to communicate effectively, ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population, ability to multi-task, possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to management and employees, ability to read and interpret documents such as resumes and procedure manuals, basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office.

Work Environment

Branch work environment with frequent customer interaction, constantly operating a computer, phone, and other office equipment. Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and good safety record required for driving to locations.
