Position Overview
The Account Executive is tasked with managing the daily operations of various client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their requirements and expectations.
- Lead and inspire team members while adhering to company policies and relevant regulations.
- Address staff disciplinary matters as needed.
- Recruit and interview qualified candidates for staffing needs.
- Provide coverage for emergencies, absences, and vacations.
- Facilitate orientation for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with necessary tools and training.
- Participate in mandatory weekly meetings.
- Conduct bi-monthly visits to each account/property under supervision.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Inspectors, and Training Supervisors.
- Perform individual inspections to verify job completion by employees.
- Generate and analyze reports related to account performance.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Compensation: $35,000.00 annually
Employment Type: Full-time
