Responsibilities:

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and customer success strategies.

Other Qualifications:

  • Functional domain expertise with Financials (in addition to HCM/Payroll) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement:

The annualized base salary ranges for this role are $103,300 USD - $155,000 USD. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
