Job Description

Lexipol LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business, driving adoption and retention, and acting as a point of escalation for customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer success experience in a SaaS organization, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers, identifying and addressing potential risks, and implementing feedback loops to continuously improve the value customers derive from our product.

You will also be responsible for conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers, developing customer success plans, and encouraging customer participation in case studies and reference programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on expansion metrics to inform strategy for future growth.

The Customer Success Manager will work closely with the Sales and Growth teams to present additional features, services, or products that align with customer needs. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and operating in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
