About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our AI-powered platform to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive roadmap that targets expansion, enhancements, integration, and adoption of new capabilities and features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a definition of success
  • Lead research into market trends, competitive analysis, user behavior data, and other relevant information to inform product roadmap decisions
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define scope and timelines for upcoming releases and enhancements based on business priorities and constraints
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales and Business Development Teams, to align goals and objectives around product commercialization efforts
  • Ensure product quality by participating in testing activities throughout the development cycle and providing feedback during usability studies or user interviews
  • Oversee implementation of product enhancements post-release and monitor performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes are achieved according to plan
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including vendors and consultants, involved in product delivery
  • Stay abreast of industry trends related to technology advancements and emerging technologies that could impact product offerings and functionality over time
  • Support leadership decision-making processes through regular reporting on progress towards stated goals and milestones
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager who has a proven track record of success driving large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies. You should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience); MBA preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum of five years' experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely at all levels
  • Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, agile methodology, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proven track record of success driving large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies
  • Experience with legal services domain strongly preferred
  • Experience with people management
