Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our AI-powered platform to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive roadmap that targets expansion, enhancements, integration, and adoption of new capabilities and features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a definition of success
- Lead research into market trends, competitive analysis, user behavior data, and other relevant information to inform product roadmap decisions
- Work closely with engineering teams to define scope and timelines for upcoming releases and enhancements based on business priorities and constraints
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales and Business Development Teams, to align goals and objectives around product commercialization efforts
- Ensure product quality by participating in testing activities throughout the development cycle and providing feedback during usability studies or user interviews
- Oversee implementation of product enhancements post-release and monitor performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes are achieved according to plan
- Manage relationships with external partners, including vendors and consultants, involved in product delivery
- Stay abreast of industry trends related to technology advancements and emerging technologies that could impact product offerings and functionality over time
- Support leadership decision-making processes through regular reporting on progress towards stated goals and milestones
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager who has:
- A Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience); MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of five years' experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely at all levels
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, agile methodology, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven track record of success driving large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies
- Experience with legal services domain strongly preferred
- Experience with people management
