Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow a thorough sales process to ensure our existing and new commercial clients see the value in our services.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management firms, apartment communities, insurance agents, adjusters, real estate personnel, and other key stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in restoration or a related industry.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
