About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a Sales Manager at U.S. Cellular, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of customer-focused sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others to action required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Experience speaking in small team and/or group settings preferred.
  • Working knowledge of PC Windows applications required; technical savvy with wireless devices preferred.
