Job Title: General Manager

About the Role

As a General Manager at Pizza Ranch, you will be responsible for leading the management of the guest experience, recognizing the importance of employee engagement to guest satisfaction, motivating team members, coaching, and training the team for operational excellence.

You will have the ability to drive store-level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs, and provide genuine care for all of our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a legendary experience through quality food and service.
  • Effective Business Management: Lead the management of the guest experience, control food and labor costs, and drive store-level profitability and sales goals.
  • Appropriate and Fair Business Practices: Ensure that all business practices are fair and transparent.
  • Training and Development: Coach, train, and develop team members for operational excellence.

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

  • Passion for leading and developing people
  • Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple situations
  • Effective communicator, and listener with good oral and written communication skills
  • 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience, preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • High School graduate or equivalent, College Degree, preferred
  • Possess business acumen
