HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is actively seeking a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to enhance sales performance within our residential heating and cooling division.

Role Highlights:
This position is dedicated to residential HVAC sales with no cold calling involved, as all leads will be provided. We offer a comprehensive paid training program.

Income Potential:
This role presents an opportunity for earnings exceeding $150K.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit customers' residences to promote and sell heating and cooling systems, securing orders or service contracts.
2. Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process until successful installation.
3. Educate homeowners on the advantages of upgrading or enhancing their HVAC systems.
4. Achieve all sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of experience in outside HVAC sales, preferably in the residential sector.
2. Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Capability to work independently, as this role is primarily field-based.
5. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
