Job Summary

HD Air is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our customers, analyzing their HVAC needs, and creating customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment and create sales proposals
  • Finalize sales and follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Consult with potential and existing customers to provide customized HVAC system solutions
  • Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled
  • Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to offer additional information
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms
  • Prepare sales orders for jobs sold
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of previous sales experience
  • Prior in-home Residential HVAC Sales experience
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) preferred
  • Computer literacy and MS Office skills
  • Pre-employment Drug, Background, and motor vehicle check
