Job Title: Commercial Sales Consultant

The Commercial Sales Consultant is a key role within Pella Corporation, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers. This individual will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and guidance on Pella's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, including architects, builders, contractors, and property managers
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Pella's products and services, including fenestration solutions and installation guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and account receivable, to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in the commercial construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
