Job Overview

As a key member of the Legends International team, the Event Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Event Sales Manager in managing all aspects of Private and Special Events. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of events and maintaining high standards of service.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and Event Sales Manager in coordinating all Private and Special Events, including corporate and social gatherings.
  • Oversee the day-of logistics and execution of events, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful experience.
  • Support the sales process by creating and managing all necessary sales materials and contracts, as well as handling billing and payments related to events.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Food & Beverage teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service during events.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct site visits for potential clients to showcase event capabilities.
  • Participate in weekly event meetings, documenting key discussions and action items.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors to enhance event offerings.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
  • A strong ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Events or Entertainment.
