Position: Hospitality Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee communication coordination for suites, guest preferences, culinary orders, and additional services.
- Address all email inquiries related to hospitality services.
- Allocate suites and maintain the operational system's accuracy.
- Evaluate guest preferences and identify opportunities for special surprises and delights.
- Support various tasks including suite preparation, surprise and delight arrangements, and suite evaluations.
- Convey inventory requirements to the Inventory Specialist.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Background in customer service or the hospitality sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate within a team.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
