Position: Hospitality Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee communication coordination for suites, guest preferences, culinary orders, and additional services.
  • Address all email inquiries related to hospitality services.
  • Allocate suites and maintain the operational system's accuracy.
  • Evaluate guest preferences and identify opportunities for special surprises and delights.
  • Support various tasks including suite preparation, surprise and delight arrangements, and suite evaluations.
  • Convey inventory requirements to the Inventory Specialist.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Background in customer service or the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure and collaborate within a team.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
