Our team of experts works behind the scenes to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our clients, from check-in to departure.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Control Room Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our private terminals, ensuring that all flights are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations, including flight planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Manage relationships with airlines, airports, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in airport operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of airport regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
