Job Overview
The Branch Operations Leader is accountable for the overall effectiveness and profitability of the market under their supervision.

This role will balance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement, and Market Expansion to meet business objectives in areas such as Sales, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Profitability, and Growth, which includes retaining existing clients, acquiring new ones, and broadening Service Lines.

Key responsibilities involve guiding, mentoring, developing, and motivating the Sales team and support personnel to drive profitable, sustainable growth for the market.


Daily Responsibilities:
Your management focus will encompass three primary areas: Sales, Operations, and Administration.

You will establish sales objectives, track performance, and implement program guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction while ultimately meeting or surpassing financial targets.

Your oversight of operations will guarantee optimal productivity and safety standards.

You will manage the fleet and branch resources to deliver all services punctually while adhering to our high standards and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will supervise the accurate administration of all documentation and data entry, enforce guidelines, and initiate process improvement sessions to continually enhance operations and procedures.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking someone with:
- A degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience
- A proven history of selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch-based model
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in coaching, developing, and retaining sales, office, and hourly production team members, fostering a highly engaging site culture
- Previous experience in P&L and operations management
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation to inform business decisions
- ISA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Management experience in the tree care industry is preferred
- Successful candidates will excel in logistics and possess experience in the daily operations of a business, ideally in the tree care or landscape sectors
- Knowledge of General Tree Care, Plant Health Care, or Lawn Care is advantageous
