Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a group of 9 IT support specialists.
  • Engage with external suppliers for equipment procurement.
  • Manage the inventory of desktop devices and software licenses.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deletion of user accounts.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Comprehensive technical expertise in desktop operating systems, software applications, networking fundamentals, and hardware components.
  • Familiarity with asset management tools, ticketing systems, identity management, incident management, change management, PowerShell scripting, and SCCM.
