Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading our team in day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Development: Train and develop our team members, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Count drawers, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a shift leader, crew lead, or supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
