About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team at OnLogic. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful paid media campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, including search, social, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize existing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance against key metrics.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage US Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Social Media Advertising channels.
  • Research and implement new opportunities in markets, target groups, and keywords.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency between ad creatives and campaign goals.
Requirements
  • At least 4-6 years demonstrated experience with digital advertising and accompanying success stories.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns.
  • Experience in A/B testing and implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
