WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance channel management across paid digital media channels (PPC, paid social, programmatic). Working closely with our agency partners and internal teams, you will help lead the digital marketing strategy for paid media and oversee everything from campaign setups through to execution and reporting. The role requires strategic thinking and planning, strong experience in vendor management and campaign optimization for e-commerce and B2B demand generation business models.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • In partnership with Product Marketing, eCommerce and Demand Generation Managers, define paid media plans and coordinate the implementation with external media agencies.
  • Manage agency relations on a day-to-day basis ensuring smooth campaign delivery (copy, creative, assets, targeting etc...)
  • Together with SEO specialist, conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with agencies to continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid management, and innovative strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Effectively manage and allocate budgets to improve budget efficiency, maximize ROI and achieve company objectives.
  • Implement budget tracking and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Any other tasks necessary to achieve individual and/or organizational success or as directed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible paid search and paid social roles with demonstrable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, testing, and reporting methodology.
  • Ability to use third-party analytic tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and other related software/tools.
  • Knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the digital marketing industry.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey credibility at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent yet able to work collaboratively, and intrinsically motivated to work as a high-performing team member.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
