ABM is seeking a proactive Night Shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling of all personnel, set work standards, perform site assessments, conduct audits, manage inventory and equipment usage, control budgets, evaluate employee performance, and address troubleshooting and problem-solving needs.
  • Ensure that all managed services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Monitor expenses within the designated area of responsibility.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts in recruiting and selecting staff.
  • Facilitate employee training; uphold a safe, secure, and compliant work environment; foster opportunities for personal development.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and facility personnel to ensure their needs and expectations are met according to contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a clean, appealing, and orderly environment.
  • Promote and exemplify the company's culture, values, and management philosophy.
  • Ensure quality service by enforcing standards of quality and customer service; analyze and resolve service issues; identify trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Supervise Custodial Supervisors.
  • Job responsibilities may be adjusted as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented field with significant customer/client interaction.
  • Strong commitment to service quality.
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet established objectives.
  • Excellent public speaking abilities.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-motivated.
  • Exceptional communication, basic financial acumen, interpersonal, and technical skills are required.
