**Role Overview:**
The Ticket Sales Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations by overseeing daily ticket sales and box office functions for the organization. This position is essential in ensuring seamless ticketing operations for numerous events held annually across various venues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the Manager of Ticket Sales & Operations in overall box office management and event ticketing staff.
- Collaborate with promoters on event scaling, sales strategies, promotions, discounts, and group sales.
- Develop, maintain, and manage events within the ticketing system, including season ticketing and pricing structures.
- Prepare necessary event settlements, statements, and reports for accurate financial reconciliation.
- Administer daily box office cash deposits and maintain accurate financial logs.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of ticketing personnel.
- Oversee fulfillment operations to ensure timely ticket printing and delivery.
- Manage call room operations and train Ticket Service Representatives in customer relations.
- Ensure superior customer service is provided to all patrons.
- Attend management meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
**Required:** 3-5 years of progressive experience in box office management, including cash handling.
**Preferred:** Familiarity with ticketing software and strong communication skills.
**Skills:** Strong interpersonal abilities, effective time management, and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
**Integrity and professionalism** are essential in developing effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
