Job Location:

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
A pre-employment criminal background check is mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a medical environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in English is required for safety reasons (optional if applicable).

Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
High School diploma or GED is required.
Experience in a mobile management capacity is preferred.
Experience working with diverse populations is advantageous.
Bilingual candidates (English and another language) are encouraged to apply.
3-5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the operational team, the supervisor will oversee the daily upkeep of facilities. Responsibilities include:
  • Assigning tasks, inspecting work, and addressing complaints regarding janitorial services.
  • Ordering and collecting janitorial supplies and equipment, managing inventories, and conducting audits.
  • Training and supervising new employees, filling in during staff shortages, and occasionally interacting with clients.
  • Coordinating activities of workers across multiple sites engaged in janitorial services.
  • Assigning cleaning tasks based on material and work requirements.
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Coaching staff to resolve production and personnel issues.
  • Training employees in cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment operation.
  • Issuing supplies and equipment to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with team performance.
  • Conducting regular quality inspections of assigned accounts and taking appropriate actions based on findings.
  • Engaging in regular feedback discussions with staff regarding performance and development goals.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and training programs.

Administrative Duties:
Managing administrative responsibilities for assigned accounts, including:
  • Timekeeping and documentation of employee performance and safety.
  • Maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
