Position: Facilities Operations Supervisor at National Maintenance Contractors L.L.C.

Shift: 6PM to 2:30AM (Hours may vary based on operational requirements)

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Location: Spokane, WA – Various Locations in the Spokane Area

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is mandatory.
- Capable of working independently in a medical setting.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in English is required for safety reasons (optional if applicable).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- High School diploma or GED is necessary.
- Experience in a mobile management capacity is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates (English and another language) are encouraged to apply.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the operational team, oversee the daily upkeep of facilities.
- Assign tasks, evaluate work quality, and address complaints regarding janitorial services, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Responsible for ordering and collecting janitorial supplies and equipment, conducting inventories, and performing audits.
- Supervise and train new employees, and provide coverage in case of staff absences.
- Coordinate activities of personnel across multiple sites engaged in janitorial services.
- Allocate janitorial tasks to team members based on material and work requirements.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and established standards.
- Collaborate with and mentor staff to resolve production and personnel issues.
- Train employees in janitorial methods, procedures, and proper equipment usage.
- Distribute janitorial supplies and equipment to staff to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Ensure client satisfaction with team performance.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of assigned accounts and take appropriate actions based on inspection results.
- Hold regular feedback sessions with staff to discuss performance and development objectives.
- Ensure all team members are adequately trained at each assigned account, focusing on long-term retention.
- Maintain a safe working environment for oneself and employees by enforcing safety protocols and training programs.
- Manage administrative tasks for assigned accounts, including timekeeping, documentation of employee performance and safety, and inventory management of necessary supplies.
