Business Development Representative

ilearn wellness group, an affiliate company of LearnWell, is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Adolescent Day Clinic, you will play a vital role in developing strategic relationships with referral sources and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategic Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential referral sources, aligning with our facility's marketing goals.
- Implement effective referral account management plans to drive business growth.
- Customer-Oriented Selling
- Utilize a customer-centric approach in daily account management activities.
- Embody high customer service standards, both internally and externally.
- Stay Informed and Engaged
- Participate in clinical orientation to stay updated on service changes.
- Attend facility marketing/referral development meetings and support public relations campaigns.
- Engage with relevant community events and conferences.
- Flexible Scheduling
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Travel frequently to meet referral development needs.
- Market Intelligence
- Provide facility management with up-to-date market information and competition insights.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Counseling, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum of three years in healthcare marketing or sales.
