Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at NorthStar Care. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating relationships with referral partners in Florida to refer patients into our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners in assigned territories.
- Compile competitive data and analyze within assigned geographical region.
- Take an active and collaborative role as a member of the sales team.
- Act as a liaison between program staff and referents.
- Conduct presentations to highlight company services offered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and 3 years' experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment, or sales and marketing within the treatment/recovery industry.
- A passion and desire for helping that will outweigh your inhibitions to effectively promote services.
- Valid driver's license required.
Benefits:
- Salary is $75,000 per year
- Quarterly bonus based on performance
- Target overall total compensation is $160,000 per year.
