Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential referral sources through consistent contact and strategic planning.
- Utilize a customer-oriented selling process in daily account management activities to support and emulate high customer service standards.
- Stay informed and engaged by participating in clinical orientation, attending facility marketing/referral development meetings, and supporting public relations campaigns.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed, and travel frequently to meet the referral development needs of the facility.
- Provide facility management with up-to-date information about market changes and competition.
