Business Development Representative

Uptown Community Resources is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive sales growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
