Job Overview

iLearn Wellness Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Adolescent Day Clinic, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with referral sources and implementing account management plans that align with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential referral sources.
  • Utilize a customer-oriented selling process in daily account management activities.
  • Stay informed about market changes and competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Counseling, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years in healthcare marketing or sales.
  • LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, MSW preferred but not required.
